Terms & Conditions – Principles Coffee App Last updated: 3 March 2026 By using the Principles app, you agree to the following terms. 1. Account Use You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure. 2. Wallet Wallet balances are prepaid and managed in-store. Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or system errors. 3. Loyalty Program The loyalty program awards one free coffee after six qualifying coffee purchases. Only products marked as eligible earn stamps. This is visible on your pre-order cart. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the loyalty program with reasonable notice. 4. Pre-Orders Pre-orders are available to Premium members only. Orders are only confirmed once accepted by staff. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 5. Cancellations Staff may cancel orders where necessary (e.g., stock unavailable). If wallet funds were deducted, they will be credited back. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: – Indirect or consequential losses – Loss of profits or business Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. 7. Changes to the App We may modify or discontinue features of the app at any time. 8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
