I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email.

How do I top up my wallet?

Ask any staff member to add credit to your account in-store — they can do it directly from the till.

How do I earn a free coffee?

Earn a stamp for each paid drink. Six stamps gets you a free coffee. Your stamps appear in the app and on your Wallet pass.

Why can't I pre-order?

Pre-ordering is a perk for Premium members. Top up your wallet with any positive balance and the pre-order option will appear in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, go to Account → Delete account. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days.
